The Projects department The main reason for the Project Department to be, is the CRAL’s involvement in international projects. Eventhough "team" projects or R&D projects are still planned, most of the projects have now the following characteristics: higher level of complexity project management in international partnership, need to cope with technical requirement documents designed by agencies (ESO, ESA, ...), which enforce more drastic rules concerning reliability, delays, costs and (...)
